Kitesurfing on the Island Sal

On Sal the trade wind is blowing nearly every day. The Kitebeach is set in the east of the island with side-shore wind and gentle waves, which makes the spot an ideal kite spot. It offers the perfect conditions for wave rookies. Beginners enjoy lessons in the well established high quality of the Kiteboarding Club.

Kiteboarding Club Sal (Cape Verde Islands) is our latest kitesurfcenter. We opened in September 2011 and open all-season. We offer more than 50 kites and boards, also wave kiting boards for rental. We established a new service called „Supervised Kitesurfing“: we attend you on the water and explore the new kite spot with you and help to get you into wave kiting.

We also offer surf courses, as there is a perfect wave spot on the other side of the island with the best conditions for beginners.

Holidays on Sal
